Terry Cadenhead
Coach Terry Cadenhead was inducted into the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame on June 1, 2024. He was the head baseball coach at Sprayberry High School for 27 years with a record of 520-243 and holds the distinction of having the most baseball wins at the school. His teams won one state championship, was state runner-up twice, and won 4 region titles. He also was head softball coach for 14 years. He was named Coach of the Year twice by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, five times by the Marietta Daily Journal, five times by the Cobb Extra News, five times by the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association, and once by the Marietta Umpires Association. The baseball field at Sprayberry High School was named in his honor in 2011. He was inducted into the Georgia Dugout Club Hall of Fame in 2005, Belhaven College Hall of Fame in 2012, and the Sprayberry High School Hall of Fame in 2016. It is with great pride that Coach Terry Cadenhead is a member of the GACA Hall of Fame.
