Eddie Martin

Coach Eddie R. Martin was inducted into the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame on June 1, 2024. He was a head coach for 39 years with a record of 852-263 in boys’ basketball, which is one of the best records in the state of Georgia. He coached at Brookwood High School, Norcross High School, Greater Atlanta Christian, and Buford High School. His teams won nine state championships, one state runner-up, and sixteen region championships. He served as president of the Gwinnett Tipoff Club and was a member of the selection committee for the Atlanta Tipoff Club. His induction into the GACA Hall of Fame for his outstanding career is very deserving.
